I have no friends I go to work and come home to my 2 cats and my dog and when I’m home I don’t want to leave lol because I love it so much. It will be the hardest thing you will ever do getting clean but once u do it is the greatest feeling. Just the other day I thought of how when I was on the streets I used to people watch the normal people I would see wishing to have their “NORMAL” life having a car a home a job to go to everyday people who look forward to seeing u, I’m that person I always wanted to be now. Extremely perceptive, Michael. A great example would be Lil' Mama and Master J. Her entire persona and presence changed when she did the individual interview with Mark, as opposed to the original one with Master J. It was clear that she was deferring to him, you could sense what I guess was fear, her answers were minimal and hesitant. However, when interviewed alone, there is a strength about her, and a no-bullshit attitude. I think Mark's audience would agree. *edited for punctuation

Marty Sugarman holy crap dude. She is saying that there should be free and easily accessible birth control. It’s hard to access that stuff on the streets, keep it around and take it at the right time. Offering free birth control helps prevent as many kids form being born addicted to drugs, to parents who cannot keep them. It’s stressful for the addicted parents who desperately want to pull it together for the kids, but the addiction is just to deep and strong. It’s much easier to offer birth control to people before they get pregnant so it’s a non issue. Things like IUDs that can be implanted and can last for months at a time, etc.

Pay a woman that doesn't have any regard for her life to be on birth control 🤔... 1st: who will pay them to be on birth control (the "tax payers") 2nd: What guarantees are there that they will comply. 3rd: How/who do you expect to manage that. How about maybe doing what they do to "feral cats, capture them and neuter/spay them" but not in that sense,... more humainly. Give them the option to want to get the procedure done ofcourse always offering the reversible type, people change and maybe some day when they get their life together they may want to have a family, then they can pay to get it reversed... that I don't mind as a tax payer to pay (one time offer), but a daily/monthly birth control... I don't see that working.

@@sirblake406 wtf you talking about? we shouldn't feel sorry or have empathy? i disagree! i will admit i found out i was 5.5 mo preggo and using H and guess what i was called so many horrible names and people were so ignorant to the fact of just saying you are a horrible mother how can you use you should just quit etc etc but its not that simple...If i would've just quit cold turkey that far along pregnant it could've killed my baby! Also in the state of Wa after 4 mo preggo they do not allow you to go into treatment because you will be considered "high risk" so guess what i decided to get on methadone but I wasn't very lucky even though i was pregnant and an IV user they didn't have any room to get me on the program i was so hurt and pissed, but I called them every day and became so annoying that the director of the clinic finally called me but i didn't get on until after I had my son! so unfortunately since i wasn't on the program before i had my son CPS got involved and he was taken away which now I look back and it was for the best, but dude you don't know what its like til it happens to you or shit one of your kids!! point is after 8 mo of me and baby father jumped through all of cps hoops and clean UA's we got full custody and he is now 11yrs old and yes Im still on the clinic but I'm a great mama and i finally had a girl who is 2.5 yrs old. people CAN change and yes they have to want it for themselves, but it sure help when you feel like you have SUPPORT!! our system is set up for ppl like this to usually fail :(

Dangerous, yes...just average things push his buttons. Perfect example was like around 14:00 when interviewer brought up that his mom had died, and Roman is the one who mentioned that earlier, so then naturally the interviewer would feel it's a topic on the table...then when the interviewer brings it up at 14:00 to go into it, that pushes his buttons...it kinda languishes 20 or 30 seconds to AT 14:27, Roman is still reeling internally as if that was out of bounds, from being asked if she died, the interviewer moves on of "So you..." at 14:27 but right then there's a flash of anger/rage/evil in Romans head slightly down toward the interviewer. So 14:26/14:27 if u pause, that's a look of pure evil within...it was go-time for Roman, as in go at the interviewer physically was what was in his mind, all over just being asked about his mom.

Birth control is free for poor women at Planned Parenthood, if there are any PP offices left. My CA town has one but not everyone does. Thanks Right to Lifers! Anyway,I was using then and up until I was 38. Meth. After I got clean, I presented life skills classes at the County Jail in my town. So many drug addicted women here are pregnant, have multiple children, can't stop popping out the kids. Like stray cats. It's so sad. I'm not being mean. I've seen it ever since I was a teen addict, watching my unprotected friends have babies that the State took, or their moms, grandmoms, or aunts raised. Very sad stuff.

Yes. This is very similar to what me and my exes relationship looked like, except he was the 🧊 addict and i didn't do any drugs. He's a very evil, narcissistic person. Preyed on all my love for him and faith I had in him to get better so that WE could get better. He scared the hell out of me from completely losing his mind, (paranoid delusions 24/7 etc) it got so bad i don't even want to think about it. When I say he's evil I mean it. He confessed multiple times to me of planning to murder people; either his plans backfired or he would chicken out, things like that. He was a violent person. He loved satanic/demonic things. He would be so mean to me that I'd cry and then he'd stare at me with the biggest smile on his face because he genuinely loved causing me pain. In public he would be SO lovey and sweet, and tell people that i was his WORLD and the best thing thats ever happened to him. But as soon as we got behind closed doors he would immediately change and be completely evil. Like the energy shift within him would make my hair stand up on end, like i would get this deep sinking feeling of "oh shit it was just an act..." and start to panic from what he was going to do to me to hurt me. I ended up leaving him because after 2 years of him refusing to get a job or go to rehab & therapy, him cheating on me over & over and using his addiction as an excuse to cheat on me, I was done. He attempted to RUIN me and everything else about my life but now I'm working on getting my light & happiness back.💖💜

How would you feel , what would you do?

I relate so much to Jessie. I have been in very similar relationships. Undeniable codependency going on here. Roman isn’t necessarily a bad guy or a narcissist, but he is definitely very sick, and the urge to caretaker a person like that, especially when you feel you’ve had a “privileged” upbringing and opportunities that perhaps the partner has not, can be completely overwhelming. The abnormal becomes normal and we make excuses for unacceptable behaviors, and it is so difficult to walk away because you feel like you understand the other individual more than other people and you can help them and don’t wan to see them suffering and you put your own needs on the back burner in order to try to help them. Then you constantly do the perpetrator, victim, rescuer dance…. It’s exhausting and, in my experience, more difficult to find freedom from than substances. Praying for both of you. Roman does look/seem a lot better in the update interview… recovery isn’t linear and it’s a journey with many obstacles…. hopefully he’s on his way to finding some light. God bless
