Stay Humble.. Stay Focused.. I give you Mad props bro.. I was homeless stayin on the Eastside of Detroit for almost 2 years.. My pride wouldn't let me look into any shelters, so I stayed in an abandoned house.. I remember I had 2 mattresses in the room I was staying in, and I slept in between the 2 mattresses to stay warm.. God blessed me, and I eventually made it up outta there.. You can do this tho Brodi.. You're intelligent, you have very good grammar, and a strong willed demeanor.. Keep your chin up, and keep on pushin.. You ARE gonna make it.. Keep positive thoughts in your head, and Always do the next right thing.. Even when no one's lookin.. Karma is a real thing.. Because I know for a fact it's a lot expensive...it breaks my heart that he didn't had his parents or someone to be there for him in hard times. I truly wish that someone can give him the help he clearly deserves to achieve his goals. He seems to be a very smart and kind young man. May God guide him to a good future and a better life.

This channel really changed my way of perceiving people that experience homelessness. I think these people have all something in common. They are very smart and intelligent and they have sheer willpower. They can literally do anything bc of that. I see all these people in person on the streets, I come on line I see these videos...its a trip this life...I am like so many others only a few steps from the edge...what if I lost my job&couldnt find another one right away, lost my home, living in a car who knows...Ive known people friends of mine who slept in their cars, that were homeless. Id let them stay with me. I have love,compassion,&understanding4 others, more people need2have that.

The fact that he wants to at least finish high school is so remarkable. Because it's easy for a teenager to just say "f**k it, I'm homeless, no one cares" and just give up on that very basic item. I'm not saying that you won't amount to anything without a high school diploma but at 19, that should be the first thing you should try to clear off your list. The saddest thing is that for most out there if this nice young man was walking on the same sidewalk, they would probably think he's trying to rob you.

I will never understand why there are homeless children in this country. If all of the incredibly wealthy people here would just give a small amount of their money, we could build small houses/trailers for these people. If people volunteered to help build them, it would cut costs and is something that would be doable. This poor guy deserves better.
