You raised a good question 'How is possible for one the wealthiest Countries and Cities in the world, has some of the top 'Homeless Populations in the world' ?. Instead of spending 100 Billion Dollars in Ukraine for the "Proxy War" against Russia, the entire homeless population could have been eradicated. The US Criminals have never been concerned about the well being of its Poverty, Poor or Middle Class population. Affordable Housing, Health Care and Employment are essential minimal requirements for a nation to give its people. The garbage 'Anti Communist Propaganda' that has been spread for decades is a classic example of justifying the waste of Hundreds of Billions of dollars in Wars and Military Covert and Overt Operations. Why does America have the largest 'Prison Population' in the world ? The liars will state "we have better cops" than other countries. The US Judicial System is a fraud and a joke. The Number One Criminal in America is going to the White House as opposed to Prison !

Prop 13 keeps old people in giant houses that they don`t need . My Mother lives in 3,300 feet with taxes of only 1,800 a year even though it has an ocean view .Ca needs to reform this well meaning law.

Its all about the money. It starts with being employable which goes hand in hand with having enough jobs.

Looks like a bunch of dope addicts that don't want anything else in life..... This is why it's so important to make good choices and apply yourself to the challenges that come......

Liar! Pictures from Chicago overlaid on the D.C. discussion, pictures from Philadelphia overlaid on the San Diego discussion, etc. Things are hard enough to understand without mixing up the videos.

Maybe you should create re education camps for them hobo's.there are people out there who are working, but the majority of these people do not want to do anything for themselves.they would rather sponge off of the public, and leave their trash around their camps, and do hard drugs that create a cop presence and raise crime.i do not like them either.i spent most my life homeless but I have had places to stay and have always had some kind of job.i can build my own house but can't afford the labor cost unless I save for a year or 2 living off of next to nothing.then I would be faced with where to put it without trespassing.ir save for a couple more years.i get to enjoy my paychecks.im more of a nomad.my home is where ever I go.if you quit feeding them, they will find somewhere else to go who will feed them.if you see somebody trying to help themselves.not just trying to get drugs or alcohol.give em a chance.evey person deserves 1 help.its not easy to get out and pick yourself back up if something as small as eating becomes a major hurtle.no family or friends to help out.only the tough survive. .

I appreciate your perspective on such a complex issue. It's essential to consider the various circumstances that lead people to homelessness and the importance of compassion and support in helping them rebuild their lives.
