How do you change gears on both gearbox

What engine are you adapting to what transmission? I'm thinking about doing something similar with a 1000cc Sportbike engine and a TH400 (Turbo400) transmission to put into a small car. Or would the 1000cc Sportbike engine not provide enough hydraulic pressure for the TH400 to shift properly? Thanks for any advice.
