Yes, it's a special yeast for RICE WINE FERMENTATION, you can buy in Chinese Grocery Store or other Asian Grocery Store. Cherry Blossom is easy-to-grow tree. From Okinawa (a subtropical oceanic climate) to Hokkaido (January: 11 F (-12 C) / 24 F (-4 C)), everywhere is full of Cherry Blossom (but in different month).

这个主要是根据您个人的口味。如果喜欢酒味淡一点的话，3天就够了，这时会偏香，偏甜。如果喜欢酒香味浓一些的，就放置久一些，我这次发酵了一个月。真的是根据个人喜好，这个米酒，隔着柜子，您都能闻到香味，不同时期您可以取出来一点试试味道，看看您自己最喜欢什么口味的。
