That looks so damn tasty, I'll have to do it a slightly lazier way lol. Birds Eye actually do a really good chicken 1/4lb (i usually refuse any of their meats that aren't fish) it's a puffed rice coating for a lovely crunch. And you can get them in 2s and 4s pretty much always on offer. Tesco do a mature cheddar cheese slice and when melted it's not the right colour but the flavour is scarily close.

At Burger King, you can still get a grilled chicken breast sandwich with just mayo, lettuce, and tomato. At least, that's how it is here in the States. Used to be called the BK Broiler, no idea if they've renamed it to something else. I'd rather just pound a chicken breast into a cutlet and give it a shallow fry in a mix of coconut oil and sesame oil, make my own sandwich at home, using multi-grain bread.
@LauraBidingCitizen2 жыл бұрын
Wahhh. Sesame oil is mostly used for Asian dressings (such as over a chowmein or stir fry, stir through & serve) rather than for frying. I’ve never heard anyone frying with sesame oil.
@CarlGorn2 жыл бұрын
@@LauraBidingCitizen What's really going to blow your mind is using it to make a roux. I use a 50/50 mix of toasted sesame oil and browned butter, and it gives such unbelievable depth to a cheese sauce or gravy. Those smoky, nutty notes give it all the flavor of a brick roux, without sacrificing the thickening power. It's a revelation in sauce-making.

My (17) son has taste issues...i can't explain. But he can taste very well. And only has a handful of foods he can eat from that and food sensitive and allergies so buy food is tough. But he likes the American deluxe cheese but with the shortages have caused it not be able to find the brands he can eat. Several of the 'it'll do' brands have changed their recipes. I can even taste the difference. And getting pizza cheese, the mix not just mozzarella, is impossible. We noticed that even the kraft parmesan (shaker cheese) which we know is cut with cellulose and starch is tasting and smelling different. Not cv19 related either. And yes everything here in our stores, kansas, are going up when you can find it. We had like 3 weeks of not having any Wal-Mart branded(great value) potato chips(crisps). We prefer them. Not as salty as the name brands and who wouldn't rather have 2 handfuls with a sandwich than one.

I don’t understand why any cogent human would eat anything from McDonald’s. Just opening the door swamps you in the reek of burnt oil. If you choose to eat there then you need to question your life. I’d sooner wipe a slice of bread on an abattoir floor. Which brings me on to the bread issue. That’s not a bun. A bun is a small sweet cake. What you have put on either end of your muck Donald’s is a tea cake or just bread.
