This must be a really delicious, superior chilli sauce because it's SO MUCH work! Just when i thought it was done, u had to boil the bottles! I have got to try it for the taste. Btw, must the jars of chilli still be refrigerated after boiling? THANKS!

I am living in HK Humidity is always high I prefer to keep in fridge for longer shelf-life

Douchi is a type of fermented and salted black soybean In English, it is known as Chinese fermented black beans They are a flavouring most popular in the cuisine of China
