My Vitamix is almost 20 years old. I just replaced the lid on it and I am sure I can use it for another 20 years!

Thank you for this! I have spent up to $ 12.99 for an 8oz jar of coconut butter so this will save me at lot of money... I will probably get the shredded coconut flakes from my Whole Foods bulk section as I don’t live near a Walmart...

I have the same vita mix and mine NEVER comes out like that! Just clumpy no matter what. I even tried using on highest setting and it heats it but still clumpy

Do you use a whole bag? If it is not enough flakes, it will do that. Try going a little slower and then turn it up after it starts to release its oil.

Same here, I tried using mine today with about 7oz of coconut flakes and still just clumps and what looks like smoke or steam 😩
