I made this yogurt following your instructions with mixed berries. It was really good. Very easy to follow and I can't believe how well it turned out. Much better than shop bought!!! My family really love it. I can't wait to try other fruits. Thank you so much I wouldn't have dared try it without your video.

If you use full fat UHT milk, you can jump straight to the ferment stage, skipping out the boil 👍🏽

Hi .could you tell me if the pressure gauge has to be in the vent or sealed position when making the yoghurt

Hi, the pressure valve only needs to be sealed when pressure cooking. You don’t need to use it with any other function. Enjoy making the yogurt and Happy Easter
