I’m 100% cast iron fan. I use nothing but for anything I need a frying pan for. More versatile then people realize and they lat forever. Just damn heavy sometimes.

Given these are completely dehydrated, they last a very long time. I’ve never had a batch go bad on me before my dog finished them. With that said I also do only about 3 trays at a time to ensure I don’t make too make that they would go back.

@@iitsMissy : I’ve seen salmon skins in the store so it possible. Though I haven’t tried it, it’s likely the same thing but timing will just be slightly different. Cook ‘em slowly till you get the desired crunch. Crunchy means low oil/humidity content which will also keep them longer.

Ok thanks! Me too. I buy at salmon skin treats at Trader Joe's and a its small bag . I does say baked. Not sure if the do anything different other than that. Only ingredient is Salmon skin. Thanks for your prompt reply!
