↓ Very easy homemade Ladyfingers + Tiramisu (no alcohol version) ↓
Mold size: 15cm(L)*11cm(W)*6cm(H)
►Lady Finger:
Ladyfingers - makes 12 ladyfingers:
Size of the ladyfingers: 11cm(L) x 4cm (W) x 1.5cm (H)
2 Egg yolks
Sugar 20g (for the egg yolks)
2 Egg whites
Sugar 45g (for the egg whites)
Cake Flour 50g
Cornstarch 8g
Icing sugar for dusting
►Coffee Syrup:
Instant Coffee Powder 8g
Sugar 15g
Hot Water 120ml
►Tiramisu Filling aka Mascarpone Cheese Cream:
2 Egg yolks
Sugar 40g
Water 40ml
Mascarpone Cheese 250g
Whipping Cream 100g
Cocoa Powder for dusting

即沖咖啡溶液 8克

►提拉米蘇芝士餡:
蛋黃 2個
糖 40克
水 40毫升
馬斯卡彭芝士 250克
淡忌廉 100克
可可粉 少許灑在表面
