♦ The Making of Dark Brown Sugar Tapioca Pearls:
- Dark Brown Sugar 50g
- Water 70ml
- Tapioca Flour 100g (add in 2 times 20g+80g)
♦ The cooking of dark brown sugar tapioca pearls:
- Water 1700ml
- Dark Brown Sugar Tapioca Pearls 173g
♦ The making of dark brown sugar syrup:
- Water 400ml
- Dark Brown Sugar 115g
Milk or drink of your choice
