HOMEMADE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD with raisins, walnuts and almond nuts.

Dry ingredients:
4 cups whole wheat flour
4 Tbsp chopped walnuts
1cup sunflower seed
1 Tbsp instant yeast
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup raisins
1 Tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
1/4 vegetables oil
350ml warm coconut milk
Instructions
In a large bowl, add 4 cups of whole wheat flour. Add all the dry ingredients listed above and mix to combine all the ingredients. Add a quarter cup of vegetable oil and 350 ml of warm coconut milk. Knead your dough until it's nice and supple. Cover the dough and put it in a dark spot for about an hour to rise. After an hour, your dough should have risen to more than half of its original size. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough on a clean surface, roll and fold dough. Roll dough into a bread shape, put it in a bread pan, and then put it into the oven at 375° for 30 minutes. Enjoy! 😊
