Most of these potatoes are Genetically modified Organic potatoes cost a bomb ! But even when you eat a slice , you will be gratified . We toss them in oil , salt and pepper and bake them. Once baked we toss them in the herbs . It makes a hearty meal , when we don't want to cook rice/dal You make cooking look like an enjoyable activity :) PUN !!! :) Th you

++ Ahh the Tater treat..the fries n wedges being the pick of the crop ! The most popular potato varities known for producing those flavorful fries thts crisy on the outside n fluffy on the inside wld include the Russet Burbank, Russet Ranger, Umatilla Russet, and the Shepody. Theres loads of stuff on the McDo frenchfries which I wont get into ! But even they partially cook n flash freeze the fries before packaing n shipping worldwide. Tht was noteworthy in your "procedure" too ( sounded very surgical this time as opposed to the "assembly" of ere hahah ). So also the cutting of the wedges.. the Mcdo fries are actually knife cut along highspeed cutters for tht unquestionable consistency ! ++ The retention of the skin n the thin layering of the batter is another of those "procedural" strategy thts noteworthy for tge best results ! ++ Atttaboys... the Monopoly conundrum continues right where they left off at Al Seef ?! The potato wedges were no distraction to the intense staredown of buy/sell/hold the Assets on the Board ?! ( Hasbro tht owns the 1935 invented Boardgame was my last Corp job as SVP Asiapacfic ..so I wont whine much on it ! ) ++ And lastly..as I hv said theres zero chance tht id ever venture trying out any of these..I can only live vicariously watching them.. but then I hv cult "foodies" worldwide tht I push fwd your bits ( thts the best I could !)
