I can't quite remember the exact temp, but it is on a low heat. Hope that helps a bit!

tell me about the validity . how many days we can keep when pack it for sales..? i mean, does the egg white added one get any longer than one day..?

Sorry only just seen your comment. I am not sure in regards to sales, I made these for Christmas gifts. I believe they can keep for up to 2 weeks in airtight containers.

How many cups of nuts per recipe?

I used about 1 bag per batch which is 200g roughly. I think this converts to about 1 and 1/3 cups, but you would have to double-check! Hope you enjoy your almonds! ☺️
