700 grams minced chicken
3 pcs minced bacon (optional)
4 tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt (adjust accdg to your taste)
2 tsp seasoning mix (aji ginisa
or your choice, optional)
4 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup ice cold water

Hi, I used 2 tsp aji ginisa. You may used any seasoning mix you prefer. Chicken powder or magic sarap... But this is optional only
