I can’t tell you enough about these HOMEMADE STREET TACOS, the flavor of this shredded beef with the fried cheese , refried beans, in the toasted flour tortillas is beyond words delicious. I love adding grilled onions, and chopped cilantro and fresh onions combined, then topping them with my homemade tomatillo salsa and my EVERYDAY tomato salsa combined because all these flavors belong together to give you the ultimate meaI…I enjoy street tacos, and I think my homemade ones are easy and worth preparing. After making these tacos i freeze the leftover meat for later use in chimichangas or more tacos. I hope you try this dish.❤️

3 large garlic cloves
1/2 Small onion
1 1/2 Tbsp beef bouillon
Salt as needed (not much)

Everything always looks so yummy!!! I have a question...... When I was a teenager, I helped a beautiful Latina lady who made homemade burritos and took them to construction sites everyday to sell. She said that there wasn't much to the recipe but my goodness the flavor!!!!! They were just bean and potato burritos with cheddar cheese in them. She said the spices are what gave it the flavor. She said that she went to Mexico once a year to get the spices but I never asked what they were. I know this is a longshot but do you or anyone else know what spices she may have used? I will never forget the taste of those burritos and I can't find anything like them. She filled a flour tortilla and then I rolled them in aluminum foil and put them in a cooler. They were so delicious. Thanks for the long read, and any suggestions you might have.

Thank you so much for your question, we all make them differently. Here in Ohio, I can't find many ingredients I need so I bring them with me from Texas...try adding tomato bouillon with chicken flavor by KNORR to your beans when refrying them (yummy!!) and that will kick them up a notch or add a little onion powder and garlic powder to your potatoes...I say season the beans and a little salt and pepper on the rest..the tortillas have alot to do with it too.❤

Ms. Rachael, Could you please tell me about the peppers you used, a short message on how to ready them for this delicious meal?
