I knocked on this door to offer to wash this owner's driveway for free. He said he's seen people do that all over youtube and that they do a fantastic job. What he didn't realize was that it was me he was watching and was stunned with the transformation!

Great job Spencer 🙌🏻 To the homeowner: carefully remove the turf over a 3ft x 3ft (minimum) area next to the low point on the path curve. Dig down 3ft & replace the bottom 1ft of soil with gravel that will help water drain off your path & spread out under your lawn. Replace the soil, tamping it down to the right level, put back the turf & give it a good water to help it recover. The bigger the soak away is, the more water it can handle, & more quickly. Say goodbye to puddles on your path 😉

Interesting setup in that neighborhood with the front garage for this homeowner and most other houses didn't appear to have front entry garages.
