Since the Coronavirus showed up I started to learn how to do the dishwashing liquid and the cloths detergent. where I live which is Puerto Rico. People panic and start buying everything, especially water and other necessities. I have solved part of the problem by buying a water filter, Stack up canned foods and rice, but I needed lots of detergents. In my dishwashing liquid, I do buy commercial liquid and add it to the mixture because I need it soupy. I made around 4 gallons and 4 gallons of clothes detergents. I can use it to mop and clean the house. Love it.

Make your own washing soda by baking a layer of baking soda on a cookie sheet in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour. Stir twice during the cooking time. Cool and store in an airtight container. This will be $2.12 cheaper than buying the washing soda. Get 4# of baking soda at Dollar general for $2.00 to make your washing soda.

Oh I almost forgot: A rig like an adjustable arm would give us a great overhead view of what you are doing inside the pot. It’s a great way to improve the content for very little money ($30) or effort. Just make sure the product safely secures the camera because you are not saving if you drop such valuable camera equipment by getting a cheap rig. It’s not anything you should do right away if the purpose here is saving money. However, presentation has its own merits for increasing revenue. Keep up the great work. 🤓

Is Zote soap the same as Fels Naptha soap? My homemade laundry soap recipe uses the Fels Naptha.
@HomesteadTessie6 жыл бұрын
Yes people use Both of'em the zote soap is a citrus scent and it is pink .the other is more of a stronger soap
@ladywytch1295 жыл бұрын
I just tried this recipe with Fels Naptha. It works very well. I might add a few more drops of essential oil because the Fels is quite strongly scented.

@@HomesteadTessie yes all the same ingredients. It is getting better as it cools. I guess taking a close up sniff fresh from cooking probly not a great idea.
