If you torque it twenty nine foot No need for 2nd step. Cause you're not going to torquet twenty nine foot pounds again

That’s the procedure Honda wants. It’s just to make sure before going further.

Those are the cam bearing cap bolts not head bolts... The head bolts are below the cams!
