If you are new here welcome to MZR! This build was the very first motorcycle build ever. Prior to this build, I had never used tools in my life. The whole meaning of Mile Zero Racers is, no matter beginner or expert, if you put your mind to something and want it bad enough, the impossible is possible. I am proud to finally bring to you all a time-lapse episode of the entire build process!!!!!!! I am SO excited about dropping this episode! For the longest time I have pushed off making this timelapse video... I pushed it off for many reasons but I finally said enough is enough... and I have the content to make something show the process. Although I don't have footage that was filmed solely on my camera, I did manage to always document the monumental parts in some way, shape or form. Just bare with me because the only way for me to make this video was to compile a mix of iphone videos and photos, voice overs, camera video, and more. BUT, I really think it turned out to be what I always wanted and I did the best I could to make it interesting with what I had to work with. DON'T WORRY, the CB450 build timelapse will be SICK and what I always envisioned in a timelapse video so stayed tuned in the future. As always MZR fam, we are ONE team and ONE family. One of the best cafe builds video out there. Noone ever shows them absolutely ripping their bikes to full RPM, top speeds, slammmming the suspension. Just the rev matches coming hit into some of those corners.....that's what it's all about.

I built my first cafe racer last year out of a nighthawk 750. Along the way, I drew a lot of inspiration from your build. Seen a lot of the shorts, but first time watching the full video. I'm contemplating doing this on the side until it can replace my job. Build them for people and do sweepstakes builds. I legit bought a belly pan for my build that ended up not fitting with my delkevic lol. For another project now. An a lot of great builds but this will always be my number 1. Great work. Great looking bike, one of the best dimensions in a Japanese production style cafe racer I’ve ever seen. It looks really great with that tank placement. And it’s all nice and clean with that original tank. Personally I think a bit taller, deeper seated with more of a forward lying race position with feet pointed backward would also look great with this type of styling. Maybe with a same style and color scheme and sun vizier yellow cowling/ fairing fitted around the yellow headlight. Great job you did here, looking forward to other builds.

Absolutely gorgeous build, brother! Dad had an early CB750. A sandcast engine model, to be exact. He had it a few months, experienced a low speed get-off and broke his leg. A couple days later Mom sold it while Dad was laying on the couch in a hip cast. Dad never bought another. I made up for it though.

Just for future knowledge it is easier to lay the engine on its side and set the frame down over it to Mount those engines they're very close clearances so this gives precise movement
