what is the bolt going into the cylinder just under the cam gear??? mine is an allen bolt but is not fully fastened down but is tight. HELP ME!

Gday Mate. The bolt I think you refer too is to provide additional tension to that side of the cylinder and head assembly. Provided yours is tight you should have no issue. The socket head on the allen bolt was rounded out on my engine so I replaced it with a piece of allthread and nut and washer.
