Hello thanks for the video... i did not know this was possible until now. I live in Toronto Canada and I would love to change everything over to 12v also this 110cc engine. Do you know where I can get a complete kit lights and all? Thank you for spreading the knowledge.

Pop Box mine was already a 12v cub, the only thing I have done is changed the lighting circuit from unregulated to regulated to stop lights blowing. For some reason, the automatic cubs have an unregulated lighting circuits! I suppose you could change the loom from an earlier model, or just change the bulbs for 12v bulbs!

I am putting a 110cc lifan Engine in to my 1982 c70. How easy is it to fit a 110cc Lifan in to c50 or c70?

Josh Robinson Yo. Is it a 6v or 12v cub? I'm guessing 6v if its 82. I think you'll have to change the battery and all the bulbs at very least as the lifan engines are 12v. You will also need to change the regulator probably, I can advise on using a 4pin regulator and putting the lighting circuit on DC 12V as opposed to unregulated AC as it will be wired up currently. I kept blowing bulbs when it was unregulated!

Josh Robinson quality is okay but not great. Also, you need a c50 kick start lever and you also need to modify the foot rest to fit between the exhaust and engine casing as it's a really tight fit.
