What extension did you use for the special tool?

It's standard ratchet wrench extension, you just need it to reach further into the tool because it's a cylinder. In this case, I think it's a 1/2 inch

Did you have to readjust the clutch cable?

I did not. And I felt no difference in the clutch lever afterwards.

I don't, sorry. I'd look up "Honda Grom MSX125 CLUTCH OEM Parts Diagram" if you're looking for Honda parts and make note of what you need, likely: clutch friction discs, clutch plates, clutch springs. You may need the oil filter and engine case gaskets as well. Hope this helps.
