Personally I chose the CBX over the NX but personal preference, same bike bar the front. Great economical bike with enough power to get you in and out of trouble ! Great on corners and at just about everything else. Look forward to seeing more videos of you and dad. Subscribed.

@@terrybryant6899 indeed Terry the Nx is actually a cb500x-ar on the frames and the logbooks I think Honda really knew what they were doing with the cb/nx line a proven motorcycle for those of us that value reliability and a superbly refined bike :) happy riding an maybe see you out on road somewhere, n yep I agree being an ex track n 2 stroke rider I love the Honda chassis. I’ve actually got a 2nd channel I’ve just been starting to put some videos up on called savingclassicmotorcycles if you wanna check that out to :) Thanks for taking the time to comment an happy riding!

Best bike I have had, it's fantastic, Comfortable, not super fast which is perfect I don't like going very fast.

@@Kennyk1999 brilliant to hear Kenny it’s massively impressed me so far, I think when we are buying them ourselves compared to the big channels or ones that are using them for a business the criteria is very different I’ll take Honda reliability every day of the week and a platform that’s been developed gradually over time like the NX :) over something riskier like the Chinese stuff and again good residuals on the Honda and especially for those of us that arnt interested in green laning predominantly the 19” front wheel is so much better than a 21” Especially after my experience with the Ktm’s and Himmy. dads absolutely loving the nx500 so it really was mission success in the choice to buy one an let the Tenere go :)

Thanks Stephen an thanks so much for subscribing glad you enjoyed the videos and the pics :) got a lot more videos and topics I want to talk about, hopefully tomorrow I’m going to follow dad on his first ride on the NX500 and I’ll use his car so he can have a sit down in the car if it gets to much an I’ll ride it home then fetch him :) both super excited to have a ride together, I’m just waiting on my 1150gsa selling along with our house which we are downsizing then I’ll be buying another NX500 so we have one each very impressed with it an perfect for our type of adventure riding :)

Best wishes to your dad and hope he gets out on the bike soon. Getting out on a bike is always the best therapy! I had a 2019 cb500x so I agree with your comments on the riding experience. I always thought the handling was superb for this type of bike and wish honda did an unrestricted version with 60-70 hp as well as the a2. After 4 years of ownership I traded it for a tracer 7 which is an overlooked adventure bike IMO, especially if you swap the tyres for 50/50. Enjoy the Honda!

The 500 is not restricted
@AnthemX1004 ай бұрын
@@davea9946 Yeah, wrong choice of words by me. Not restricted but is built to be a2 compliant and is capable of more power (as shown by old cb500's made before the regs came in).

@@AnthemX100 thanks for taking the time to comment Anthem that’s a really good point on the Tracer very very underrated motorcycles. It’s a bit like the 300 Rally I think they are missing a trick by not putting the nx500 seat unit on and a 19” wheelset with a more performance based cam could be a very different option to what’s in the market place
