I’m not sold on an HPD solution that can’t be tuned. I’m more interested in seeing a full plug and play solution that includes, mounts, leveraging the OEM transmission with a plug and play harness using something like a Hondata with a baseline tune.

So if it's not tunable, then how are we supposed to make more power? It's not street legal so why should the HPD be non-tunable?

It should be tunable once Hondata figures out how to access it over OBD2

The ECU used is a a race ECU with out OBD function.

@@ScienceofSpeedLLC I understand this is a “spec” engine but does HPD not have different tune/power options? For instance for race gas or race E85? 300+ HP from a turbo is reliable endurance power for a factory race car but it’s fairly low for a heavier street car HPDE/time attack build. A built $9-10K K24A2 motor can make 320HP very easily and reliably on just 93. Time for AEM or Haltech to supply the ECU I guess.

Why wouldn’t U just be able to use the type R ecu?
