I make more progress on having a running and driving Honda S2000 again. Unfortunately, the seller who sold me my silver Honda S2000 shell deliberately covered up the damage it had. Now I am changing course to make sure I can have a running, driving, 247 Horsepower VTEC Machine! Am I cursed from owning Honda S2000's?
I thought I had sold my infamous crashed Honda S2000 from the Oscar Crash video, but now it's back!

I met a fan who says he daily drives a stick shift car and he begged me for a chance to Drive a Honda S2000 for the first time (AP1 S2K)
I immediately became suspicious when he chirped the wheels and was mis-shifting.
He made a U-Turn without looking, and turned into oncoming traffic.
We hit a motorcyclist, who was taken to the hospital.

After nearly two months of waiting, my Honda S2000 finally has a new Engine and Transmission!
The JDM F20C engine has a higher compression ratio: 11.7:1 vs. USDM 11:1
The higher compression ratio requires 93 octane fuel to truly run properly, but it ran even better on 95 octane Ethanol Free race gas!
The JDM engine can have the computer retard ignition timing on bad fuel, so you need to make sure you have good quality gas in your tank.
The JDM engine is also almost impossible to buy without also buying an AP1 transmission already attached to it.
Overall, the AP2 Transmission's smoother shifting, shorter 1-4 gears, paired with the higher power output of the JDM engine make for a MUCH more lively driving experience. But I should probably get bigger, wider wheels to handle the new increase in tail-happy behavior when pushed to the limits!
My Honda S2000 broke down! I was driving and both the engine and clutch had what seems to be a total failure! What should I do???

I install a Takeda Momentum Cold Air Intake System w/Pro 5R Filter Media on my 2003 Honda S2000!
I have an aFe dry filter on my 2015 BMW 335i xDrive and I absolutely LOVE it, so I just had to try an aFe product on my S2K
My S2000 had a poorly installed K&N Air filter sitting right behind the radiator, and it was extremely dirty! Heat Soak was atrocious!
I also replaced the fuse for the Ignition Coils, to ensure I am getting a proper spark
Then, I show my POV GoPro test drive footage as I take it to the mechanic for a Valve Adjustment, New Injectors, new O2 Sensors, and more!
I am restoring my Honda S2000 at Cameron Lilly's Honda S2000 Restoration Channel.

This dude just can’t catch a break holy frig. I feel like we’re watching Cameron live out his Final Destination scene where he’s already been shown that cars are what’s going to be the end of him. I’ve been following your channel since the beginning of the S2000 crash and today I was about to unsubscribe but I decided to take a look at recent videos before I leave and noticed a video of you crashing another car and that’s where you got the money for your S2000, it gave me goosebumps, it’s like you were suppose to die in that crash and now this weird mysterious force is still coming for you. I know it’s morbid but I’m gonna keep subscribing to see what happens next but just know in my heart I do want to see you fully restore the S2000 and enjoy it safely. I have heard that black cars get in more accidents due to being harder to see especially at night so maybe go with a bright colour and for the love of cheese get a front and rear dash cam in 4K. Wish you all the best man, take care! Oh also maybe take the car to a psychic or exorcist and have them purge any bad spirits from it, im not joking, it would make for great content and could very well save your life.

hell na, I wouldn't touch this with a 50 foot pole its a damn curse!. all this money I would've bought, invested in a better faster car. and since you like this small s2000 maybe a new miata or brz which would be miles beyond this car.

Yeah? But both of those are far slower than the S2000. I speak from firsthand experience. What about a K Swapped Miata or BRZ once the kits once they become cheaper? Or a V6 Camaro? I had one as a rental and I loved it. Decent mileage too

@CameronsCars I'm sorry but a stock s2k won't even touch the new brz with the 2.4 boxer. Maybe the miata but both are fun lightweight cars that throw around in the track amazingly

@whereswaldo9089 I’ve personally assasinated a GR86 in every gear. I do have performance mods and the high compression JDM F20C. But the GR86 was an auto.

@CameronsCars well yea if you got mods, then that's a different story. You can mod anything, but the one that's usually already ahead will have an easier time pushing numbers
