I had a Honda VF 750 F 1984 year. it had the same problem which previous owner solved it. It’s common problem.

@@Adikxx Thank you for answering ! The video is helpful because people mixed VF and VFR. I am looking now for VFR 750. It is really hard to find old bike with the low mileage. Old VFR 800 it’s excellent too but for 50 cc bigger displacement the insurance it’s much bigger where I live.

@@teokastelan2930 the 750 RC36 is a sweet bike. I owned one in the past and loved it. The sound of gear driven camshafts is epic!

@@Adikxx Yes indeed anexcellent sound ! I never owned one, but I’m still looking. The prices of VFR 750 with low mileage is it going to the roof…

Well done. In the 1980s I took a demonstrator out for a long ride. It was a great bike too. At the time I was into shaft drive as my idea of the moment . I bought a Kawasaki GT750 instead. Was that the right decision? They were both good; But so different.
@Adikxx7 ай бұрын
Both interesting bikes. GT 750 was a shaft drive if i remember correctly. I'd like that very much.

Could I ask you to recommend a way to check head bearings on a 02 thundercat. Loving your 🏍 bikes and vids
@Adikxx6 ай бұрын
Hi, if you lift the front (jack under the engine) you'll be able to feel if the bars move left to right freely without any catching/resistance. If you don't know how long those bearings were there and want to have piece of mind then just replace them. They're cheap as chips and it can be done with very basic tools.

How many kilometres on the engine?
