I’ve had this oven for a year now and I love it. It is almost the only needed appliance. It does toast really well on top of everything else. My only comment is be careful of the doors. Make sure there is room for them to open fully or they will close on your hand! I don’t really notice my kitchen heating up with it. I use it almost every day and I love it! Makes great jerky and dehydrated fruit!

Is it easy to keep the inside clean?

​@theworldiswatching9658 Yes, actually it is. When you remove all of the trays and everything from the inside, there's a ton of space for you to be able to clean it comfortably. I've noticed that if you just clean it or at least wipe it out after every use, it doesn't tend to get that dirty. The drip pan on the bottom does an excellent job of catching all of the stuff that falls and the grease. I always cover the grease tray and all of the trays with a layer of aluminum foil to help keep them more clean and easier to clean up. All of the trays and other accessories that come with it fit inside neatly as well. So, you don't have to worry about clutter on the counters or finding a place to store everything. I've had mine for about a year and I absolutely love it!! I use it everyday. In fact, I no longer use my large kitchen oven anymore. My kitchen no longer gets warm and it saves on electricity. I have zero complaints about it. The tiny gap between the doors when closed doesn't bother me at all. It's such a small gap that you would barely even notice it.

Nice review liked seeing the different foods you cooked back to back. I like cooking larger amounts at a time, was looking at this one as its taller and could possibly fit 2 racks at a time, have you ever tried doing that for things like chicken or potatoes? Do you think it would cook evenly? Thanks.

Thanks and actually have not cooked more than on one rack at a time. I think cooking on two racks would cook the top faster as it is closer to the elements. Leave a comment if you try and how it turns out.

The gap between the doors, IS to let steam escape. If not, then you'd get soggy instead of crispy. Maybe they could have have had the ventilation elsewhere.

I haven't made cookies yet but I will soon. I suspect that the fact that it cooks hotter in the back of the oven will mean you have to turn the tray halfway through and really keep your eye on them.

Ive had mine for about 1 year. I use it 4-6Xs a week. At first, I was very happy, but over time the cons show up. The inner wall are cheap metal and food sticks to them and is hard to clean, the bottom leaks any oil that didn't get caught in the tray. I really liked it for rotisserie chicken, but it must be a small

I love mine! 1 of my big complaints was that it was hard to push in and pull out the trays... but after almost a year its seems to have worked itself out. The trays slide in a lot easier now... Not sure how or why??? But mine also has a slight gap in the doors, and yes the steam does come out just like you say.

I have not noticed the rattling noise, it is generally fairly loud with the fan running.

I have had my oven a few days now I would like to know if everybody else's steams up the windows of it and then watered down on my counter also when I press the off button it keeps going any help

The steaming is an issue with the air fryer and that was one of the things I didnt like so much. As for turning the oven off, you can hold the off button for 3 secs to turn it off completely.

Im sure they designed that gap for the steam to exit on purpose... otherwise it would be trapped inside... the Gap is their for a reason

Maybe but if it causes uneven cooking issues, then it's not a good design. The old "set it and forget it" slogan was successful for a reason. I'm concerned equally with the 30% energy loss due to maintaining a temperature due to that heat loss being discussed here. Safety wise, your point is well taken. 👍

It does get quite dirty so I have a few things I do. I line the bottom with an aluminum foil so it can be changed frequently. The doors and the sides I have been using a magic eraser to clean, which does wonders. I also have used Pink Solution for cleaning it, it is quite effective.

Mine quit after 3 months of daily use. Just died right in the middle of cooking fish n chips! I wasn’t expecting that and I hadn’t registered it or kept the receipt! I missed my Kaloric so much I went and bought another one, this time bought the extended 2 year warranty!

Thank you for the review. I just installed mine at work. Where I spend most of my time. I am currently running the oven in steak mode at 500 for 20 minutes as suggested in the manual to burn up any oil in the oven.

This air fryer works great but it doesn't last. The company seems to stand behind its product because they have replaced 2 of ours that failed. There seems to be an issue with the power supply. It doesn't spark or anything, it just stops powering on. The 3rd one just failed today, less than 1 month since the 2nd replacement. I'm not sure if they will replace this one though. I think the warranty is just for 1 year and it might have just lapsed. I do not recommend this product.

I just bought 2 1 for me and 1 for my son I used mine 3 times so far it runs hot but so far so good but it's still new and I did get the Xtra warranty on it so I hope it last .time will tell I do wish it was wider though .

Make sure you have no food that has spilled or any oil on the elements. Clean the oven and that should stop the smokiness

I used mine 3 times (twice for garlic bread and once for french fries) before it crapped out. After all the research I put in and reading the glowing reviews believe me I am NOT impressed. Luckily I was able to return it to the point of purchase and not have to deal with Kaloriks horrible customer service..

Absolutely correct about customer service. They told me I don’t need the receipt if I don’t have it since it was a gift to me. I sent them a video of the problem actually happening, only to be told can’t help me as the warranty expired. Duh. Warn people about this brand.

I bought this unit online at Kohls Dec1, 2021. It worked great for a while then one day, while it was baking and before the time was up, it shut stopped working. I checked the outlet and tried waiting to see if I could start it again but no luck. I tried again the next day. I sent an email to the "Contact Us" link on Kalorik web site twice but no response. Finally I contacted the Florida BBB who contacted Kalorik. Kalorik claimed that I had never contacted them although I had an auto response from them. They told me that since I had purchased the unit from Kohls and not directly from them that they do no do refunds. They MIGHT repair it or replace it if I took a video of the machine not working, sent copies of the receipt, an image of the sticker on the back of the machine and mailed everything to them at my own expense. I told them I am 75 with a disability, do not have a cell phone, only a computer. Too bad! I told them I was going to throw the unit in the trash where it belonged and never buy Kalorik again. By the way, it is made in China!

We have one. Works great however their support simply is not to par... Where do you order part? for example we need a new non stick pan...we cannot getan answer from them.. Bottom line fairly good product lousy support!

I have been looking at buying this oven for a long time and the reason why I didn’t buy it was because of the cracks in the front between the doors that actually does two things one it definitely makes the heating of something heat more in the back and less in the front but the bigger problem is to maintain a temperature of 400° or higher you are going to use 30% more electricity that is one of the reasons why the oven takes 1700 White’s instead of one that takes 1500 but the biggest difference is the one that takes 1500 will have a on off of about 2.5 to one that oven because of the cracks has a 1.7 to one what that means is it’s actually drawing the 1700 W 30% more than it would if there was no cracks in the door basically wasting hundreds of dollars worth of electricity throughout its lifetime even thousands of dollars other than that one thing it sounds like this is one of the best ovens it is only one out of three ovens that size that will reach 500° of cost my favorite toaster oven uses only 1500 W and will reach a temperature of 500° and on broil it can reach 550 but it is much smaller and it doesn’t have a rotisserie so I wish the company would fix the crack and make it more efficient thank you for your video your video has helped me to once again decide not to get this oven I will continue to wait for the company to fix the cracks between the two doors

Not that it couldn't be done internally and that it would outweigh the heat loss, I think the space between the doors would allow a thermometer wire coming out. Of course there are now wires thermometers used with a smartphone app. I'm leaning on not buying this model because of my research, including your comments. Thanks. This unit was incredible....while it lasted. 5 months and it was done, and that was in no way with heavy use. Couldn't find receipt, for warranty. But even worse, they said we'd have to pay for shipping it to them, and that they would they inspect it to see if it was covered on warranty. Even if i had the receipt, i wouldn't have done that. I won't be buying pricier ones again. Stay with a cheaper unit and expect to replace it every year. These aren't long-term appliances.

What do you think about the “New” Emeril French-Door 360? (That just came out?) (To me, it just looks 👀 like a Kalorik “Clone”). If you can, then maybe 🤔 think about doing a “Comparisons” (if possible). Lastly, I’ve also found that Cleaning 🧼 these Tiny Ovens is TERRIBLE😱😢 (I found that it’s better to clean it [Right-Away] as if you let the “Grease” to sit [set] then it is VERY difficult to clean (later)). My 2 Cents 🪙

I completely agree regarding the cleanup, best to clean right away. As for the Emeril French-Door 360, I have not really read much on it but will take a look. Many of these ovens have similar functionalities
