Let’s just be honest, Dababy (along with many others) is the perfect example of when reality checks, and accountability aren’t taken! Musically he wasn’t anything new, special or revolutionary… He had a flow, and used it repetitiously with his persona carrying his music. His downfall is one where he felt he was powerful enough to override it when in actuality it boiled up slowly, and followed behind him like a monster ready to pounce lol! Apart from the ignorant remarks in reference to the LGBTQ community, and him taunting his “work wife” by inviting her “abuser” on stage, did we forget he offed a man, AND his bodyguard knocked out one of his female fans, and she posted pics of herself with a broken nose in the hospital??? And he never took accountability for it in a real manner! Respectfully, Johnathon with these controversies and cases alone your mid and repetitive music was not gonna carry you that long 🙏🏽

The gays in Hollywood are super powerful. That being said he should've just apologized right away and he'd prob be better off than he is now.

That is not only the reason though, there are a lot of homophobic rappers but still have a clear career. Another reason is his music lol, if you listen at his discography most of the time his flow is repetitive and mediocore at best.

@@DERRTYCHYBO you’re implying as if the gays of Hollywood are so powerful everyone stopped listening to his music when you know there were people who hate gays too but stopped listening for other reasons. It’s a collection of things that lead to his demise.

Gross. He hates women and then begs them when he needs their support by making out they need him. Also, call out what it is-homophobic not misinformation.

I never really cared for Dababy music. I only liked him as a featured artist. For example when he featured on Dua Lipa's Levitating or Camila Cabello's My Oh My or when featured on a Megan Thee Stallion songs like Cash & Cry Baby. After that rolling loud incident & one I found out how homophobic & ignorant he was I stopped listening to all the songs he was featured on. His downfall is not surprising to me at all whatsoever.

I feel like any attention towards him is just unnecessary. The problem with cancel culture is that we don’t actually cancel ppl. We feed into their negative or offensive comments and in that way keep their hate and also public image and attention alive.
