Liliana Villalobos Vidal I think the dude ranch (the last salad) would be great with yellow bell peppers. I'm not crazy about cucumbers so I would probably swap out those for yellow bell peppers. 😌

I have been looking at jars that can be used. Both kilner and Mason ball jars do preserving jars. they have a a 2-part lid. Are these the type you use to make the salads in? if not then what type do you use
