I have used an honor band 5 for 1yr before it was dead suddnley, but I loved it. Now honor issued this smart watch (a big smart band to be honest) and it’s a nice improvement. Band 5 still the best buy considering price/features. Anyway I read honor watch es has 4gb that can be used to store music, is it correct?

Your heart rate seems to be quite high. You'd get a more accurate reading if you moved the sensor to your inner wrist instead of on the back of your hand. Also your spo2 is quite low it should be nearer to 100. I don't know if that's an issue with the sensor or that is an accurate reading of your personal spo2. You should see a doctor if they're accurate readings. High blood pressure and lower spo2 are signs of underlying illness. I suspect related to the heart. Take care and good luck.

nobody seems to answer a question I would like to know. Does it have lock screen? Maybe 5 sec holding the button or something like that. A teather mode would be usefull when you don't want to accidentally turn on your screen

There is no option for lock screen. But you can disable screen on hand-raise. So you can press a button to activate the display.

Display is glass. Quality is very good, it’s an AMOLED display. No info whether it’s scratch resistant/Gorilla glass. But mine still looks pristine after wearing it for over a week.

This looks like a hybrid of the honor watch 2 and the honor band 5i. I have both, shame that this new one doesn't support Bluetooth calling. The price is good for this one. But I'll stick to the "old" 2 watches I have.

Huge fan of the channel, but I feel like omitting what the watch can and can't do on iOS was a mistake. Hey, it's your channel, and your call to make. But, if someone running an iPhone as their daily driver were to watch this review, and not very carefully read the small print on Honor's site before ordering one, they'd find themselves with a considerable number of limitations. The same is true of the GS Pro review. I'm thinking with you being Chigz, you must have an iPhone laying around. Otherwise though, with Android in mind, and particularly with an Honor phone, it looks fantastic.

I saw the difference between honor watch ES vs Huawei watch fit. Watch ES use quick release strap which is good and easy to customize while watch fit using its own locking strap. some says Watch fit have built in GPS, but no need for that. The dimension is slight bigger on watch fit. Definitely go for watch ES because of that quick release strap. Thanks for in depht review. Really help me discover this 👍

Both pretty good smartwatches. You will get a much better battery life with the GT2 and great health features. However, Active 2 will give you health features, plus more functionality, such as downloadable apps, 3rd party apps support and massive library of downloadable watch faces. So considering the price of the Active 2 has now been lowered, I would go for the Active 2. However battery life might be a deal breaker, consider that the active 2 will last around 2-3 days max and the GT2 will last around 14 days. If you don't need 3rd party app support and just want fitness tracking then go for the GT2. Also, both watches support BT phone calls. Hope this helps.
