Even though COD is really, really hard to be scary, World at war is an exception. That game actually manages to be scary in normal gameplay, even in multiplayer. The game has this very eerie and depressing feeling, flying body parts everywhere, suprisingly little music when playing MP which adds to the creepy factor. And both the campaign and zombies are scary in their own right. Campaign with its relatively decent historical accuracy (Far from perfect, but still managing to drive home a hopeless and disturbing vibe) and zombies of course.

I love this video. It's three flavours of bad creepypasta. Flavour 1: Bats*** crazy and completely out of left field to the point of being hilarious. Flavour 2: Talking in circles, ultimately leading to an interesting climax that only lasts two minutes. Flavour 3: Narrator being WAY too easily scared. (I especially like how the narrator lists off all the super hardcore adult M-rated games he owns, and then runs away from town after seeing gore and suicide in-game.)

This is one of those games/franchises that it's impossible to write a creepypasta about. (Or at least it would take an incredible amount of skill and creativity.) It's like writing a creepypasta about Manhunt or Dead by Daylight. The usual tropes just don't work because they're already present in the subject being written about. Also, since you've covered a lot of other Nintendo franchises, it would be pretty cool if you did top 10 worst MegaMan creepypastas.
