I learned to crochet over 60 years ago, and this is the first time I've seen this stitch, which makes me very glad I found your video, this stitch would be great for so many things, and it is so easy. Thank You for sharing your time, and your talent with all of us.

I've crocheted on and off for 18-20 years, the amount of stitch possibilities amaze me EVERYDAY!!!! Majority of them are so intimidating, I'm scared to even try!!!! This tutorial definitely helped me as a visual learner. Still to this day, I do not understand a diagram pattern and still struggling with written! 🤣 I some how manage to always make what I see in my mind though!!!!

Happy Sunday Robin. Just wanted to let you know that you are a favorite teacher of mine for your simplistic art of teaching us all these beautiful patterns. Thank you for your patience and attention of detail and making it less scary and enboldens a lot of us to open up our minds and crochet like we are Master Workers! I feel like I graduated from high school and entering into the world of Exquisite and Detailed Works of Art. God bless you and Thank You for making crocheting a truly lovable Art. 🌹 Tracy❤

I’m instantly in love with this stitch!! I’ve been obsessed with scarves and cowls. It’s nice to find a close stitch for those types of projects. I get the lacy ones for spring, beginning of fall. If I’m making a scarf or cowl, I’m making it for warmth. I’m going to Michael’s TODAY!!! Again, love watching and listening to you work, truly therapeutic for me. 😉

I fell in love with this tutorial but didn't think I could do it. I thought about it all night. In the morning, I grab a needle and some yarn and got busy. I had to rip it out about five times before getting it right. I didn't give up. I'm making a scarf in three different colors.

@fruity4820Ай бұрын
At first I thought "I don't think it looks that nice, looks very busy maybe it just isn't my taste, this is probably beyond my skills anyways " half way though my brain was already melted by so many different steps in the pattern and by the end it suddenly all looked so beautiful (maybe this isn't considered that complex of a pattern but I am a newbie and struggle with following patterns that have anything other than single crochet). anyways, I am going to get a brown ball of yarn to make this pattern because those little squares from the double crochet make it look like chocolate
@HookedbyRobinАй бұрын

I love the way this stitch looks, but I really thought I would hate trying to do it. I decided to try it, but I went with a hook 1 size bigger than recommended for my yarn. I found that I LOVE this stitch. I thought it was going to be hard distinguishing front/back loops because I make tight stitches. The hook being one size larger made for looser stitch that were easier to use.
