Maybe adjusted but as far as I’m aware the Sol isn’t that bad, it’s just he can do an insane amount of damage mid screen giving him a lot of pressure while also having fast normals, what people don’t realize is that at top level you are not going to save 100 meter so you can do a swag %80 combo off of a raw DP

It's more like... At low-level play, characters like Sol, May, and Ramlethal will win most of the time because you can get away with being a mediocre player more easily compared to other characters. But once you get into high level, this game is actually quite well balanced, I think. Of course, that doesn't mean that all characters are equal. Even at a high level, I still feel that Sol is overtuned. But the gap between the "best" and "worst" characters is relatively low. Even if Sol has no really disadvantageous matchups, he is generally not at a massive advantage either. (At least not to the point you can just "cheese" your way to victory if the opponent is good, regardless of who he picks) Sol is probably the best character in the game, but... Unless a game is absolutely perfectly balanced, someone will always be number 1. And while he is overtuned, it's not to the point of being broken. So... If someone deserves a nerf, it's probably him, but he doesn't strictly "need" it, imo.
