Wow. I watched this video a couple hours after it was uploaded and honestly I didn’t have it in me to comment how much you and this channel mean to me. I want to share a little story with you. Two years ago I was working at a summer camp in Alabama and one of the other staff members was a guy from Illinois. We found out pretty soon that we were both fishing nuts and fished together whenever we could. In the middle of the summer I think we were just talking about KZbin and Zach told me he had a favorite channel about this man that fishes and cooks what he eats. I was stunned. I said “do you mean Juanelo1946!” A look of amazement came over his face and he said “Oh my god, you watch Juanelo too?”. We were blown away that we both knew and followed your channel for years. What a small world. Sometimes when we were bored at camp or were taking a break we would watch your videos together. You helped us through some good and bad times at camp and at home. You also brought us closer together as friends. We regularly said that the world didn’t deserve a person like you and I still think that holds true. So as sad as I am that you are no longer making videos, you deserve whatever you want out of this life more than anyone else does. Thank you for being a beacon of love and kindness in this world. Have fun with your new bride! PS maybe every few months you could update us on how you are doing? Nothing extravagant just a couple minutes letting us know you are doing well. I'll say to you what I've said to a couple of others who have expressed similar flattering requests: making a video, editing it, and answering hundreds of kind comments each week are a few of the more enjoyable tasks. So, I've been working on a video update for weeks that would include old bloopers and other silliness from past shows. But if I ever finish it, I may never upload it. This is because doing so would re-ignite the obligation of mutual video watching, commenting and replying to 100s of other KZbin friends who make their own videos, and who watch and comment on mine. I feel that it's only right to reciprocate. This is a full-time obligation that requires hours every day to meet. Releasing even one video might thrust me back into that loop. I trust that you can understand. No, sadly, Ms. Lulu doesn't care much for fishing, or even being out in the hot sun. But she enjoys spending weekends at the lake. The grandkids seem to like fishing though. So, we hope that they'll be able to enjoy the place for many years to come. Now, about your tiny getaway, that's exactly what we have! It's a cheapy doublewide, but it serves as a wonderful escape from the city. So I can't encourage you enough to take the step to acquire your place. You'll never regret it! Although I'm not the slightest bit handy, we have a very able neighbor who can fix anything. My only caution might be to have a plan for making repairs and for overseeing your property.
