I recently purchased one of these just before christmas! I owned a bissell proheat 2x revolution and I loved it but it seemed to not suck very well but i had it for four years.. wanted to try something different and what a difference! I love the fact that it weighs a lot less which is a plus! Sucks much better and dries it super fast! Probably wont by another bissell after using this hoover!

Just got mine as a Black Friday upgrade from power dash pet love both but power dash stopped rotating bristles and no more suction I think I’m gonna take it apart and see if it’s repairable. Great video.

I bought one for my mom and it works amazingly. I have no issues with it at all. I bought one for myself too. I had the other Dual Power Max but the nozzle broke that does the suctioning. Machine works great. I just need a new nozzle for the bottom piece. I ordered this one to do scrubbing on my carpet because when I used my moms to get tea I spilled out it deep cleaned it so good that I wanted to own one like this so I bought it. I hope I don't have issues with it. I heard that some issues have been resolved with the cleaner that Hoover looked into.

Mine sadly broke twice. Same issue on both. When the machine is sitting upright, the belt burns out the brush rolls and smoke comes out

@@VacMaster1991 unfortunately Walmart canceled my order so I decided to go for the Hoover Smartwash. I was gonna order this carpet cleaner else where but with how many bad reviews it has I was not gonna risk taking the chance of reviewing a broken carpet cleaner.

I bought the Bissell you recommended and it wouldn’t work right, as the shampooer mechanism was bad. It was brand new. Decided to get the Hoover. Didn’t like the tank on the Bissell either.

Just a little advise. Do things properly and then evaluate. When you treat a spot use a small brush to loosen grit, then wait 5 minutes or so and THEN use the Hoover. Also by the amount of suds you are getting you have way too much detergent in that machine. The belt burning is on you. TURN THE DAMN THING OFF WHEN YOU ARE NOT CLEANING!!!!! Hoover will have a field day in court suing you.

I think it’s leaking because the bottom of the canister was wet when you put it on there.

do you know/remember how much dirty water it sucks per clean water thank? mine fills every 2 thanks or so, i'm trying to understand if it has a suctioning problem or not. the filter in the dirty water tank is clean

@@ajf2005 Sadly that rug is not dirty right now. I will somtime though. I have a rug on my back patio which is covered in pounds of sand. Its so dirty the blue rug is now tan.
