_Somehow_ I have an ACH. It works. MSA pros worn underneath with a plug in for audio, a back up ear piece for the hide. It's kind of a pain to have *all the things* integrated into the helmet. If you do go the ACH route (I have to image they're cheap _ish_ at this point) make sure to upgrade pads and strap (ymmv) and add the Ranger SOP Velcro spots. You can to a lot by sewing accessories onto the hook pieces, like; glint, NODs bungie spots, even glueing a button light onto it. And for the love of John Moses Browning: go out and break it.

I need a battery pack/Power bank anyway for my Thermal. So I just chose a size that fit in the batter retention system from ferreo concepts. And Matched the weight I needed for balance. What I really like about the LTP is the retention system. Its is super stable. And very easy to adjust. But I had to shorten the chin straps. As my Head is huge. But my chin is not. Its runnable without esp if you run good pads and a good suspension system but if you have to wear it a lot for a long time , fine tuning that weight helps alot. Think of it this way, you have a 10 lbs bulpup like an aug kitted out vs a 10 lbs piston ar where all the weight is out front and the suppressor on the end makes it worse and your forearms get tired. Its the same with a tube. The fact it hangs out over the front, its nice to fine tune some weight in the back to offset it

Its the best shroud. It comes with insert pads in the box to "shim" the ill-fitting mounts on the market. I instead just use 3M velcro with the loop (soft) side under the mount, that way when I change mounts between helmets the shims follow the mount and nothing is on the shroud. Works perfect and rattle free. I have the carbon, the ballistic, as well as have tried other helmets from other manufacturers (team wendy, galvion) - it is not the shroud. Its your mount.

@@Jooglesberry the G24 is the most infamous for its rattle ha. My ballistic came with the sticky pads years ago so maybe they got lost in your box. My norotos INVG hyper mount had some play to it but considerably less than the G24, YMMV - easily remedied by shimming. My point remains. The rattle is due to the various mounts and shrouds on the marketplace having various tolerances. If it was tight in your Team Wendy it would have been loose in Ops Core, Galvion, HHV, etc
