I'd not heard this for over 50 years, now I listen to it almost everyday - I love it! I remember the dancers inside the cages on TOTP - you couldn't miss Thursday nights on BBC1 about 7:20pm, oh what great times! The 60s and 70s were the best decades for music and what a variety we had all in the British charts at the same time - Rock, Pop, Soul, Reggae, Country & Western. Oh what great times we had back then - even the power cuts of the 70s! Just wanted to add that the two young kids dancing together - amazing! Wonder where they are now! 🤔

I think the girl in the green dress around the 0:35 seconds mark is the French actress Francoise Pascal who was one of the dancers on Top of the Pops around this time.

@@robertmac9057 Francoise says it isn't her.She confirmed she was on TOTP in the late '60s upto 1970.I was surprised she replied herself and so quickly.I sent her a screenshot.She had a green dress but her hair was longer then.Thanks anyway.It was fun finding out.
