@2:06:13 Amazing info for removing heavy metals, based on the research I would add one more thing to that protocol which is a good activated charcoal or if you want to take it regularly daily a good version is called Birch charcoal from birch trees.

Every American should watch this to buck the stigma of integrative or holistic health and wellness. It's science, but we tend to only see woo woo when we hear about this. There is a shift happening and this type of information and exposure will only help move it along.

Great fan of doctor Cabral and interested in his certification. In the meantime, per fasting in your podcast, I fast once a week for 36 hours and during the week 12 hours. What is interested is that I track my sugar, and during my weekly fast, at about 18 -20 hour, my sugar goes up to 100. It is also high in the AM ( I understand the down syndrome ) . While I am in the fed state, my glucose runs between 80 and never above 120. Sometimes it is even in the 70ies. I understand the high glucose has something to do with my cortisol, adrenaline and HGH, but I am wondering if I should maybe go off the fast for that reason. There are so many benefits to the 36-hour fast, but I am not 100% sure if it is healthy for me to do it since my sugar is better during the non fasting state. My A1C is good and so are my other biomarkers. I have also never been overweight. Thoughts ??? Thank you

I was vegan for almost 10 years and my psoriasis was horrid. I went back to eating meat and eggs and everything he said to quit eating and it's nearly gone. Alcohol is another one. I didn't drink much when I was vegan. I was drinking a beer after work on most days, again, no problems. I have cut down to not drinking on days where I work out. Looks like they need to do more research on that one.

Great interview!! I just have a question. He said that in most cases of estrogen dominance, it’s due to low levels of progesterone vs high levels of estrogen. Unless I misunderstood. But In that case, how could one increase the progesterone instead of reducing the estrogen? Or would it naturally increase with the lowering of the estrogen..? He just seemed to focus on lowering estrogen and not directly addressing the progesterone. Thank you 🙏🏻

Before people go crazy on Vitamin C, I saw on another podcast with a Doctor that High doses of vitamin C can also cause cancer. I don't remember all the details, but if you are thinking about using a lot of vitamin C, do some research, or talk to a doctor.
@TFreshour085 жыл бұрын
interesting, high dose Vit C was used in several cancer therapies, naturopathic of course.

In the glyphosate case where the guy won over $200 million he was literally drenched in the stuff while using it. Also, just because his lawyers convinced 12 people who are not smart enough to get out of jury duty that it caused his cancer, doesn't mean it is a proven fact. If it was a proven fact, you probably wouldn't be able to buy roundup anymore.

47 mins "If it is permeable enough" - Keto is considered an elimination diet and is used by naturopaths to heal "leaky gut" - so I'm confused. Edit: Kinda bummed his channel seemed more marketing heavy than informative. Super low view count/subs. I bet if he took the "free information" route vs the "for just 3 easy payments of 9.99" his channel would explode.

"only half the people who have high cholesterol have a heart attack" So according to that, half the people who have high cholesterol are not at risk of having a heart attack?
@gtm56506 жыл бұрын
High Cholesterol means inflammation in the body. Inflammation is not always located on heart arteries.
@TFreshour085 жыл бұрын
having something happen and being at risk for it are two dif things my dude. Quite a lot of people who smoke don't have cancer. Doesn't mean they aren't at risk to have it.
