This is quite literally my dream house farm/property!! It has everything that a lot of people these days in America/Canada would pay extra for. You just have to look past the mess. If everything was taken out and it was fixed up, keeping the unique features like barn board flooring and the nice tiles, old stoves/fireplace, window seat in master bedroom, wood beam in living room and so many more features, then clean it and repaint and put back in some of the nicer wood furniture and then add a few new features that fit nicely with the traditional look, plus clean up the landscape a bit, this place would be a fairy tale home worth millions! And compared to some, this one is totally salvageable! I truly hope someone with money sees what I do in it and scoops it up for a bargain before it’s too late!

Such a very sad story. Must have been generations that owned this BEAUTIFUL land and home. Had to be heartbreaking leaving such a place. The memories that this place holds. My heart hurts for the family that lost it. Being from the South, in the U.S., and growing up on a place like this. The freedom the children had, and all that land to play on. Just letting their imaginations run wild. SOOOOO MUCH FUN, AND HAPPINESS THEY HAD. My heart truly hurts for them. Great explore, great find. Be careful and stay safe.

Towards the end when you're outside. A male breathy voice said "Yeees" when you mentioned how the couple would have probably once sat on the now rotten bench drinking a cuppa tea 40.27 ish. I do love how thoughtful you are when you're looking at and talking about other people's possessions. I feel that some of the spirits still in some of the properties do too. I've heard quite a few positive ghostly responses when you've been walking around, guessing about how their lives must once have been.

I like watching when you and Mark are together, he basically lets you lead and he is there to confirm and he listens, he doesn't start demanding spirits speak to him he is mellow and interested. People must have been in before you and Mark and just vandalised the place throwing magazines around and trying to break into the safe. TS 23:46 start there, the sound coming through is like someone trying to talk...an was that Mark at TS 35:57 ? TS 36:47 you enter above the kitchen to be greeted with a "hiiii." An Dave you're correct, that highchair does fold over. We had one in our family that went from a highchair to a desk and chair. The bottom of ours had a platform that when you flipped it became a table. I do have to say, this explore was a really good one!! But then 99.9% of yours are 😉TS 38:57 that bowl on the shelf..pretty and you didnt pick it up..sighh lol

Hellooo My Precious Lovelies! It is wonderful to see you guys together again! That road is very narrow! I have a few places I could explore but I'm too chicken to go alone. If I ever do, what you are saying is I should not park right in front of them with perhaps my hazard lights on? lol They are off main Highways... First off I love all of the Wisteria that is in bloom all over the front of the house. But given time it will quickly take over & cover it entirely. As pretty as it is, it is often viewed as a pesk down in the Southeastern part of the US. I really found the structure of the home to be quite beautiful. If you think of it without all the things strewn about. I loved the layout and the floors. The fantastic loft! Sad to hear the family had to flee. That is probably why it is so gone through with nothing left of real immediate value. I loved the buildings outside too. Definitely enough for me to have my very own "she shed'. Sometimes beauty is hidden underneath we just have to open our eyes and minds to really see it! Thank you for sharing this home. It is a very real situation that touches the lives of many in this world today. I hope that the family is safe because material things can be replaced, loved ones can't. There was definitely a voice of a female that said “ Died “ …!! It’s was when Dave was going up the ladder and right as he was mentioning old luggage… You can tell Dave didn’t hear the voice speaking since he didn’t stop and pause and say hello … He didn’t hear it at all… Spirit’s voice’s can be picked up on any recording devices, you can’t hear them when it is happening, only when your lucky enough to catch the spirit’s voices and play it back on the recording device… Also, negative entities can attach themselves to us or to individuals , the negative entities Will wreak Havoc within a persons life it attaches onto.. The negative entities will bring high anxiety, stress, and drama in your life such as fatigue, illness, drain all your stamina make you want to stay in your house or seclude yourself away , you don’t want to have visitors you want to be alone isolate , hard for you to sleep .. You get mystery illnesses where when you go to the doctor they can’t find anything wrong with you but there’s definitely something wrong because you’re not yourself, you absolutely don’t feel like yourself anymore… So be careful.. Say a prayer before and after you go into an abandoned house, church or anywhere.. Just say ,, “ God protect me with the white light in Holy Spirit and do not let any negative entities attached to me…” That should help and actually prevent anything negative to attach themselves to you… Only if you believe … So please believe…. Enjoy you and Mark together. Watch those country roads. Christmas Eve 1996 my brother with his family was t-boned and thankfully only my brother loss his life, a missing stop sign. The older couple that hit his vehicle was killed as well, they both didn’t have their seat belts on, went through the windshield. People tend to think being out in the country roads are less traveled and don’t slow down as much. Enjoyed your video. Be safe! I don’t always get notices for your videos.
