@Joey7Z7Horror3 ай бұрын
@@Gie_the_great so basically horror fantasy. In the advanced perspective of what horror truly is, horror is a themed genre. People bullshit and easily use thriller as a cheater title because most all horror is thriller. In reality of the thriller genre’s case, it is merely just a bodiless title that fits into horror as well as crime or action due to those naturally being “thriller genres”. Saying something like “it’s more like thriller” means totally nothing because it can easily be a horror thriller as a sci-fi themed thriller is sci-fi thriller or a fantasy themed thriller is a fantasy thriller. So next time you have to say or hear someone say a movie is thriller, that more than likely means it’s horror and you/they should probably stop bullshitting

He used the voices of people he consumed to lure others into coming to him. We didn’t even know what the hell he was before, heck I don’t even know if there’s way to actually harm him or escape him. I think “stupid characters” is the worst stereotype of the genre as a specialist. People don’t realize that a lot of people are going to do something like this in real life. I don’t want to make every single character in my films a complete genius and even then if I do, I’m reinforcing the stereotype. Horror movies should be free to have common-knowledge people doing “”non common sense stuff”” according.to people who think this without it just being another “man these characters are so stupid” moment

@@Joey7Z7Horror another thing is the characters probably don’t know they are in a movie and even then the whole dont split up is dumb in every genre If its a slasher film splitting up gets you killed….unless its any of the slashers that still attacks you in a group in which case splitting up can improve your odds because the killer is busy with the others and you can get a bigger lead to gtfo If its paranormal you wanna stay in a group….but splitting up will have you find the object you need to banish it much sooner before it gets more powerful also they still attack groups in most movies and will make you attack illusions and end up killing group members splitting up is literally the safest option

How is Killer Klowns even that disturbing to you? The Thing is way worse. I haven’t seen it but I’ve heard it’s pretty graphic! If Killer Klowns freaks you out that much you must have the weakest stomach ever. That movie is probably the tamest a horror movie has ever been. The special effects are laughably cheap, the film as a whole feels more like a comedy than just straight up horror. While it’s a great first-time horror movie for those who think they can sit through a horror movie, it’s really not that scary compared to movies like Nightmare On Elm Street. (That movie was the very reason my dad has always hated horror movies, also Freddy Kruger’s face genuinely unnerved me as a kid despite having never seen the film in my life. I still don’t know if I could sit through the whole thing.) I have a lifelong fear of needles so maybe I should avoid slasher horror at all costs. I do love me some psychological analog horror though.

4:18 the madness has yet to develop and fester, give him some time to stew in his own madness due to isolation while traveling the world due to him and everyone else demanding more flavours and the stress of running a massive factory and he will become the previous wonka

8:05 I fully agree with this person. horror would be better with actually intelligent characters to up the reputation of the killer, and a more subtle sense of tension and anxiety before everything goes to shit. too many think cheap jumpscares + excessive gore = scary lmao

I can't lie, (yes I can,) if I was a horror movie protagonist I'd be terrified as hell for most of it and then snap and switch roles. *Grab. Scratch. Bite. Blood. YOURS.* (Insert Chucky deciding maybe it's time to skeddaddle)
