This product would be great for rescue/headshy horses. So many horses hate getting their face touched and this is a good solution. Also I have a really big horse 16.2 and when she puts her head up its so hard to clip her on. I'd use this for her

A gadget like this could easily make millions once demonstrated how it works on Tik-Tok. For me, It took no effort whenever I'd take either of my dogs in the past to go outside for a walk using one hand to put on and take off their leash, so the product may help people with a deformity of their hands, like arthritis, and so on.

Every horse is different, i have owned and bred warmbloods and sometimes you need 5 hands, depends on the horse, especially frisky stallions. Looks like a great idea

100% agree with Deborah about the horse headcollars. For a start you have a much bigger target ring and it's hanging in plain view. The D-rings on a dog collar fold over and that's why you need the second hand. Also even a well trained dog just going for a walk, will tend to make smaller fidgety head moves whereas most horses don't throw their heads around all the time. Another concern would be that for a dog, except for very large breeds, the magnet release is well away from where your hand is. Handling horses, I'd worry that I might accidently touch it and undo it without meaning to. Although my pony leads on a loose lead very well, for extra control to negotiate gateways and stable doors I might well slide my hand up closer to his head and touch it in error. Also horses are a lot heavier and stronger than a man, and although the horse one looked heavy duty, I'm not sure I'd trust it for tying my pony at a show, for example. For dog use, good. For horses not necessary.

Good point about tying up the horse! I thought that if the horse takes off it doesn't matter how much weight the clip can take, you won't be holding on anyway. I didn't even think about tying up the horse.

I don’t know if my pony is temperamental but putting a head collar and lead rope on the should be on task master she isn’t on one very much and when she is her head flies around and she almost tries to run away but I still think the product wouldn’t be needed

The thing may be strong enough, but the issue is durability. Over time any dog that pulls a lot will often break a clasp, and I feel like this thing would not even hold up for a month with a big dog that pulls a lot.

Also, any dog might pull, if they get startled or upset over something like fireworks, thunder, a mean dog, etc. Those are the times it really needs to be strong.
