He is obviously incredibly talented. But this isn't a business enterprise, it is a talent that he should take to the internet. Create a YT channel doing sand sculpures on different beaches, live stream his sculpting on Twitch or another platform where he can engage with people and get donations. Set up a patreon, social media platforms etc. That is possibly where he could gain traction and a fanbase and make money via donations and ad revenue. That's just my take on it. Lots of people with niche talents and crafts go that route and gain a big following and earn lots of money in Twitch donations. I hope he has since thought of that himself because he's obviously a sound guy who deserves to follow his passion and he is very good at it but his business idea needs scrapping.
