13:30 Louder for the people in the back please! I see it all the time. The perfect cadence that looks like a slow dance with the arm at the perfect angle, doing the most "optimal" exercise.. 4 sets done and the bros look like they barely warmed up. Zero signs of struggle at any point. You need good technique, but when you're obsessed with perfection that's when it's likely you'll likely sacrifice intensity. Specially the less experienced you are.
