Oyster mushroom
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Chili powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper- 1/4 tsp
Egg -1
Corn flour-2 tbsp
Plain flour-1 1 /2 tbsp
Oil
Butter - 2 tbsp
Garlic- 2-3
Onion- half
Dry red chilies -2/3
Curry leaves
Chili flakes or chilli paste -1 tsp
Say sauce or chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
