I'm a "youth" and thus was never an Nsync fan (cause I literally wasn't alive when they were around lmao), but it's really cool how before watching this interview I could name like half of the members and now I can easily distinguish them + their individual personalities. Obviously I have no nostalgia for them so I can only imagine how it was, but I wish I could've experienced just how big they were at the height of the TRL era considering the response to them making a comeback was so huge. I've been listening to some of their songs since this though, and as a big fan of the Trolls movies the new song is really good so I'm intrigued to see where they go from here

Breaking the record is referencing the *Nsync sophomore album, “No Strings Attached” album which broke the record for most albums sold in a week at over 2.4 millions and held the record for over 15 years. That’s the record the broke they are referencing to.

39:20 A similar thing happened to me in elementary school. Our class had a substitute and we got to play kickball. I dislocated my knee trying to get around the first baseman. I didn’t know at the time what happened just that I couldn’t walk well. No one believed I was hurt, not even the principle. My school had the cafeteria on the ground floor, recess on the “first” floor, my classroom on the third floor, and no elevators. I finished out the school day miserable and when my mom got me from my after school program she was angry. She later thought she should’ve sued the school.

As much as I would really like the idea of NSync coming back together and putting out some new music would be awesome, I feel like I know just enough about body language to strongly suspect that this is not an All-In kind of arrangement. There's still some awkward stuff and there's stuff you can see they've agreed they don't want to talk about. That's why Lance's, "Yes, I'm gay," was so hilarious. This is a legendary beef, it's so legendary, that nobody's actually confirmed it for a fact, because nobody wants to think that NSync don't... like each other. There's some mini-cliques, and I think JC's probably gotten a lot of shit for no reason, because he's not someone who is always on harmonies like Chris, Joey, and Lance. But he's also not somebody who thinks he's a big deal without the group, either, but the fans loved him just as much as anybody's loved Justin Timberlake, and it's probably weird for him. Let's be honest, Chris is 51 years old. I don't think I want to see them perform shit like I Want You Back, or this guy's gonna have to be rolled off stage in a stretcher after he accidentally suplexes himself with Joey doing the reach-through-the-legs-and-pull-this-guy-into-a-backflip move.
