I see myself a lot in Taryn sometimes like especially in the way she seems insecure at times (small example on this pod is the whole “was I a good kisser…are you sure?” thing). Taryn, I think you’re awesome and I’m sure you know that at the core but I hope you know you’re not alone in doubting that sometimes and being too hard on yourself or fearful you don’t measure up. You have an awesome partner in Cammie and it’s so clear she gets a lot of joy out of validating you which is so beautiful to find in another person. But she’s human too you know? It’s also possible for her to say the wrong thing or be a bad kisser or look weird. No one is better than anyone. That’s something I try to remember too 💛

Same for me Cammie. I think everyone has to do what works for their blood type because no matter what I ate I wasn’t getting the B vitamins, iron or the omega 3 I needed to beat the fatigue and brain fog, so I started eating eggs, fish and beef. I feel much better and I’m okay with that.

51:14 100% true. On the larger scale of things who you are in yr 20's is not who you are often later in life. Also, officially cognitively speaking the human brain doesn't reach full adulthood until 25 (see Erikson's theories on Cognitive development). My bestie & I were just talking about this, saying who we were in our 20's was SO far removed from who we are now in our 40's that it feels like we were not even conscious about life until about age 30. So NO RUSH ppl. If yr lucky you have multiple situations that you can say you experienced true love.
