I find that quality cayenne powder in the 90,000 range works quite well without several of the drawbacks of raw peppers as many of the other caustic compounds in fresh peppers are absent. Great addition to pre-trainer, shakes, even just water through the day a couple sprinkles in a shaker or a teaspoon at a time depending on what you want. It's something I've used and enjoyed for many years. Glad to see you cover such a wide range of things. :)
@JoGoethe5 жыл бұрын
I tried this and your info is great and I have put myself on a diet of increased CAPAICIN via peppers. GOOD POINT! HOWEVER! This technique gave me a tendency to regurgitate that hindered my leg day. What could be more important than squats on leg day????? I have the same problem with any pre-workout in my routine so I must have at least two hours from the time I eat to my workout. The best advise you gave me is Front Squats!!!! I do a set of narrow stance front squats and a set of wide stance front squats added to my leg workout. THANKS THAT IS BEST BODYBUILDING ADVISE ANYONE HAS EVER GIVEN ME! I don't do regular squats any more.

@James_Byron6 жыл бұрын
@@BenNixon32 Nice job, I really want to start cutting, but I lack the discipline to do that, do you have some tips on diet discipline?
@BenNixon326 жыл бұрын
James Byron The diet change was the hardest part. I kept myself in a caloric deficit while completely eliminating sugar, alcohol, processed foods, most dairy, and bad fats. Drink only water for the most part. Intermittent fasting from 10pm-2pm. Once you begin feeling the physical and mental benefits of a healthy diet, it becomes an addiction and commitment is no longer an issue whatsoever. Fasted low intensity cardio every morning for about an hour becomes almost all the exercise you need at first. Once I got to a point where I could do more in terms of working out, I added body weight push ups, sit ups, and squats. That’s about all I did. I only got a gym membership less than a month ago.
@BenNixon326 жыл бұрын
James Byron Once you get to a point where you really enjoy your morning walks, the fat falls off like crazy. I recommend walking outside with audiobooks. I feel like the intermittent fasting was a pretty instrumental tandem with the LISS cardio, as well. That and the complete diet change.

@Damon Hargrave I disagree, his body looks achievable and a lot smaller outside of the movie.. he's just got a pump in most scenes and is out angled. Nothing too ridiculous like obvious juicers, the Rock etc.

Peeenos Chris is a giant, his arms were way too big for his height. He’s juicing, maybe not be much, but it’s obvious
@Peeenos6 жыл бұрын
@@thenothingking You're entitled to your opinion, Not saying I'm always going to be 100% right but Iv'e been in gyms for 16 + years and working in mining when every third man on site is on juice, and looking at Chris when he's not on the hollywood screen he doesn't look like a juicer to me. Anyone can look like an "obvious" roider with the right angle and a pump. Even in interviews during filming he looks flat. People on gear don't look flat, they're always pumped.
