Hi, Chef Shima! I have heard a lot about hot pot, but never had it, so thanks for the up close look at your meal. I know you are serious about your food and that you know good food, so the fact that you went back twice says a lot. It looked good, so I am not surprised you loved it. It's weird how sometimes establishments can have mixed reviews. I usually tend to stay away, but this shows that sometimes you have to give a place a chance. Korean barbecue, too, wow!
